Water: provide clean and neutral circulating cooling water, inlet temperature not more than 40 ℃ in summer (reference cooling pool volume not less than 2 cubic meters), pressure 0.2-0.3MPa
Gas: Provide screw air compressor with pressure 0.6-0.8MPa and ≥ 2m3/min.
