Welding transformers are arranged in order from the host operating console.The secondary conductors of the transformer are connected to each set of electrode seats through multiple layers of copper skins.Welwelding transformer is of iron shell type and its primary winding is disc type.During welding, select the adjustment series according to the nature, diameter of the solder and contact surface to obtain the required series current.Usually, the larger the diameter, the better the surface conductivity, and the greater the electrode pressure, the welding current should increase accordingly.Welding time can be adjusted from 0.01 ~ in 1 second according to the welding diameter.Usually the larger the welding diameter, the welding time and welding current will increase.

The wires from coils are firstly straightened through this device in order to ensure that welding mesh will be more even. It is essential to the whole line.
There are 30PCS longitudinal wire straightening unit, each unit has 5pcs wheels, it fits for straitening wire diameter 1-2 mm.
Each unit has the special structure and the distance among each wheel is calculated accurately. So it can straighten different materials such as galvanizing wires, cold-rolled ribbed wires, low-carton black wires, etc.
Each straightening unit adopts tungsten steel as the material; the overall is with high wear resistance.
